Virtual Therapy for Teens In Washington and Montana
Support for Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and Emotional Well-Being
Adolescence can be a trying time and many teens benefit from extra support to navigate academic, emotional, social and family challenges. Peer pressure, identity exploration, academic challenges, and the developmentally appropriate push for independence can be overwhelming, frustrating and even scary—for adolescents and parents alike.
I provide therapy for teens aged 13–17 to treat and support anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, low self-esteem, peer issues, academic pressure, family conflict, and other common struggles often faced by adolescents. Through individualized trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches, I help teens gain skills to regulate emotions, improve relationships, gain conflict resolution skills, improve their ability to self-advocate and learn the skills needed to navigate the complexities of adolescence with confidence.
